July 2023: Open Gardens Weekend

Our Annual Open Gardens Weekend was held on 8th & 9th July and despite the dreadful weather forecasted, the rain managed to stay away until the events were finished for the day.

Visitors were quite slow on Saturday but Sunday was very busy. Almost 300 residents and visitors came to see these beautiful gardens on which their owners have lavished much love, care and very hard work. The result was that we raised £1426 for various charities.

We are most grateful to these gardeners for allowing us to include them in our event and we know that it gives a great deal of pleasure to so many.
